Joomla keeps the site and the administrator on two separate sets of templates. Edit the site one and the back office is never in scope.
Open your site in the Verbafy dashboard and copy the embed snippet.
<script
src="https://cdn.verbafy.app/widget.js"
data-site-id="site_abc123"
data-api-key="pk_live_your_key"
></script>
In the administrator, go to System, then Site Templates under Templates. Open your template and its index.php.
Put the snippet immediately before </body> and save.
Keep it off your admin
Joomla loads site templates from templates/ and administrator templates from administrator/templates/, and the administrator lists them separately under System, Administrator Templates. A snippet in your site template is never loaded behind /administrator, so your back office cannot spend your monthly word allowance. Do not also paste it into an administrator template.
/administrator. There should be no switcher there.
Everything your site template renders is in scope: articles, menus, module positions and whatever your components output.
That is true of any edit to a third-party template. A child template, or a note in your release checklist, keeps the snippet through an update.
